• Do not remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
• Do not use the Software unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The Software, this website, and all related trademarks and content remain the property of LoomSignal and its licensors. Your license grants use only — it does not transfer ownership.

Your data

The Software runs on your own infrastructure; you remain responsible for the data you connect to it and for complying with the laws that apply to that data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data you share with us through this site.

Payment

Prices are shown on the website and are charged as a one-time fee. Applicable taxes may be added. Any refund eligibility will be stated at the point of purchase.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Software and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoomSignal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Software or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you materially breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at LoomSignal’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
